Job summary

Sysco St. Louis, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to promote products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts in the St. Louis area.

The role demands developing new business, meeting sales goals, and providing training to customer personnel. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related field OR 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales or Sysco Sales Internship.
• Bi-lingual is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor products/services.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to accounts and events; manage orders and deliveries.
• Handle accounts receivable coordination with credit and follow up on balances.
