Sysco Corp. is seeking an experienced Sales Professional for an outside sales role in Kansas. You will promote Sysco products, build relationships with new and existing accounts, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, marketing or hospitality.
• Alternative: HSD/GED with 3 years of restaurant management, B2B or outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow profitable sales within assigned territory.
• Qualify prospects and manage accounts to minimize lost business.
• Research customer needs and propose a tailored mix of products and services.
• Keep informed on market trends and competitive offerings to advise customers.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer sites and events; manage deliveries and orders as scheduled.
• Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing training.
