Sysco is looking for a seasoned Sales Professional to join its outside sales team in Kansas. You will promote products and services, build strong relationships with new and existing accounts, and drive sales growth while meeting company profit goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with sales focus (see qualifications).
• Experience in B2B or outside sales, restaurant management, or culinary roles preferred.
• Bi-lingual ability is a plus; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects and follow account stratification goals.
• Understand customer needs and tailor product/service solutions.
• Keep informed about market conditions, product trends, and competitors.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Travel to customer accounts and attend events as needed.
• Coordinate with credit and collections to manage receivables.
• Assist with deliveries and routing as needed.
• Participate in sales meetings and trainings.
• Support training of new employees.
