Job summary

Sysco Corp. is looking for an experienced Sales Professional or similar profile to join our World Class Sales Team.

This outside sales role focuses on promoting Sysco products, building relationships with new and existing accounts, and achieving sales and profit goals for the territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3 years of Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience or Sysco internship.
• Bi-Lingual preferred; Restaurant Management or Chef experience is beneficial.
• MS Office proficiency and basic PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects and target accounts according to company stratification goals.
• Research customer needs and tailor product/service mixes to meet those needs.
• Stay informed on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings and share with customers.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer locations and events as needed.
• Manage order routing, inventory issues, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare budgets, sales quotes, and maintain accurate records and reports.
