Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales and/or chef/restaurant management or related fields.
• Restaurant management or chef experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable growth.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to offer appropriate products and services.
• Provide product information and training to customer personnel.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and meetings as needed.
• Manage orders, deliveries, and accounts receivable coordination with credit.
• Prepare sales budgets, maintain records, and issue quotes and menu suggestions.
