Gordon Food Service is seeking an Outside Food Sales Representative to drive sales and manage relationships in Louisville/Southern Indiana. You will pursue new customers, deepen existing accounts, and coordinate territory activities with clean, customer-focused execution.

The role emphasizes servicing assigned restaurants, conducting business reviews, and delivering value through product offerings and support. A background in sales or food service plus a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree or culinary certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales, business, or food service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; food safety certification possible.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and cultivate relationships within the assigned territory.
• Visit customers regularly and conduct business reviews to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide training on Gordon Food Service products and services to customers.
• Manage territory and coordinate visits to prospective and existing customers.
