Superb Flooring & Design seeks an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across Southeast Michigan. You will prospect, visit job sites, and build relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners, guiding projects from discovery to close.

You will manage estimates, proposals, and pricing while maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering customer value through showroom and field interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales or business development experience.
• Ability to generate new business independently and manage a sales cycle.
• Knowledge of flooring products and estimating is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new flooring business across Southeast Michigan.
• Prospect, visit sites, consult with builders/contractors, and close deals.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing; manage backlog and pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
• Represent the company at showrooms, sites, and community events.
