Superb Flooring & Design is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new flooring business across Southeast Michigan. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, visiting job-sites, and developing referral networks to close deals.

Compensation includes a $50,000 base with uncapped commissions, with total earnings potentially ranging from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. Auto allowance, benefits, and 401(k) are included.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, business development, canvassing, door-to-door sales, construction sales, home-services sales, or similar customer acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new flooring business throughout Southeast Michigan.
• Prospect builders, developers, contractors, property managers, designers, commercial organizations, and homeowners.
• Conduct outbound calls, canvassing, door-to-door outreach, job-site visits, networking, and referral-development activities.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline and close revenue opportunities.
