Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an onsite Inventory Associate to perform physical inventory at loss locations, drive between sites, and upload data to the server. You will assist under an Outside Contents Evaluator Associate and log daily field activity while maintaining equipment and vehicles.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Travel is required.

• Complete the physical onsite inventory process, including driving to and from loss locations, physically inventorying contents, and uploading field-work data to the server.


• Assist with physical onsite inventory of total-loss contents items under the direction of the Outside Contents Evaluator Associate.


• Track time and log file notes for the day's field activity.


• Oversee necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and repairs.


• Maintain daily care and maintenance of all equipment.


• Conform with and abide by regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.


• Perform other duties as assigned.


• Support the organization's quality programs.


• Travel as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.


• One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.


• Oral and written communication skills.


• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.


• Good comprehensive decision making skills.


• Ability to read and comprehend policy language.


• Ability to work in a team environment.
