Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Springfield, Missouri, to build relationships and sell our line of commercial doors and related products.

You will meet with decision makers, develop opportunities, and manage from initial contact to closing the sale, while maintaining CRM records and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and a technical aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years outside sales experience.
• Ability to understand technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly desirable.
• Outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence purchase of commercial doors and related products.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve problems.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges and municipalities in Springfield and surrounding areas.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage details from call to close.
