Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Springdale, AR is hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to build relationships and sell commercial doors and related products. You will engage decision makers and develop opportunities.

The role requires at least 3 years outside sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You will manage estimates, proposals, and CRM while driving growth in Springdale and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum three years outside sales experience
• Technical applications and mechanical systems
• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs
• Outgoing personality and customer focus
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and services
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve problems
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, and municipalities in Springdale and surrounding areas
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
• Meet with customers, assess needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services
• Develop scope of work for proposals and handle details from initial call to closing
• Follow up quickly to close projects and participate in project management
• Maintain and update CRM daily
• Other duties as assigned
