Job summary

Builder Supply Source LLC is seeking an Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative to grow our presence in the market and build lasting relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners. You will help clients select cabinet solutions that fit their vision and budget.

You will measure job sites, prepare accurate estimates, present cabinet designs, and coordinate with our design and installation teams to ensure a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred in cabinetry or home improvement.
• Established relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, or designers is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your schedule and sales pipeline.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with cabinet design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with residential builders, contractors, developers, remodelers, and designers.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up on qualified leads.
• Meet with clients to understand project needs and recommend cabinet solutions.
• Measure job sites, prepare estimates, and present cabinet designs and proposals.
• Guide customers through cabinet styles, finishes, and customization options.
• Collaborate with design, project management, and installation teams to ensure successful projects.
• Stay engaged with customers before, during, and after the sale to generate repeat business.
