Job summary

Blackmountaintn in Nashville, TN is seeking a sales cabinet representative to manage a growing client base and win new projects by combining design work with sales. You will collaborate with builders and contractors to deliver custom cabinetry tailored to each space.

You will visit job sites, take measurements, present designs, and coordinate with architects, designers, and installers while upselling to meet client needs. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Have a degree/certificate and/or commensurate experience in design or a related field with a sales background.
Be able to work both independently and on a team towards shared goals.
Be comfortable selling and upselling.
Have experience generating and calling leads and selling cabinetry.
Have a customer service-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Generate and call leads.
Close deals and upsell other products and features.
Visit job sites, obtain measurements, and develop cabinetry designs with clients, architects, or builders.
Present cabinetry designs to customers and tailor designs to feedback.
Coordinate cabinet delivery and installation with project managers and installers.
Ensure designs are followed and projects are completed to standard.
