Job summary

Rewards Network is expanding its outside sales team in Pasco County, Florida. You will drive growth for local restaurant partners by prospecting new clients, presenting our dining rewards programs, and managing the end-to-end sales process in your territory.

The role requires a proven outside-sales track record, excellent communication, and strong financial acumen. A high school diploma is required, and success comes with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
• Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to discuss fees, terms, and financials confidently with customers.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to prospective customers and influence meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers in the Pasco County, FL territory.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline with in-person meetings and deal progression.
• Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, increasing engagement and product offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including calls, meetings, presentations, and closings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve individual and company targets.
• Maintain comprehensive sales records and follow-up activity in the CRM system (Salesforce).
