Rewards Network is seeking an outside Account Executive to drive growth in the Jacksonville, FL area. The role focuses on prospecting, closing deals, and building strong relationships with restaurant partners.

You will manage a robust pipeline, conduct in-person meetings with decision-makers, and collaborate with account managers to achieve quotas. A strong emphasis on independence and results is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven success in outside sales.
• Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development.
• Strong financial acumen to discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence meetings.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling and door-to-door sales.
• Develop and grow a robust pipeline with in-person meetings with decision-makers.
• Build lasting relationships with new leads and existing customers, promoting product offerings.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals, including meetings and closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet individual and company goals.
• Maintain sales records and follow-up activity in Salesforce.
