Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking an Outreach Coordinator in Omaha, NE to support the Work Experience Program. The role focuses on developing outreach strategies, establishing relationships with participants, employers, and community agencies, and ensuring program compliance with contract requirements.

The position emphasizes coordinating regional scheduling, recruiting participants, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year experience building business relationships or workforce development experience.
• Strong computer skills with word processing and spreadsheet software; excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants.
• Manage and analyze work experience activities to ensure policy compliance.
• Enter and compile WEX timesheets into the DWFS system accurately.
• Coordinate regional timesheet pickup and paycheck distribution.
• Procure Worksite Agreements from employers and obtain signatures.
• Schedule New Hire Orientations regionally for WEX participants.
• Recruit participants regionally as needed and track outcomes.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and maintain case notes per policy.
• Review procedures to improve performance and ensure contract goals.
