Job summary

This non-exempt position offers hourly pay of $19.00–$21.00, with evenings possible, and collaboration with Career Navigators and the Business Services Team to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience building business relationships.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a quality work experience program for participants.
• Analyze work experience activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Enter and review WEX timesheets in the DWFS Timesheet Management system.
• Coordinate regional timesheet pickup and paycheck distribution.
• Develop outreach presentations and recruit participants with employers.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
