Responsibilities

• Connect job seekers to open positions, leading to employment.
• Assist businesses in recruiting the best applicants for their jobs.
• Interview customers to assess service needs and plan accordingly.
• Help clients develop and implement employment plans and referrals.
• Identify barriers and refer to appropriate resources.
• Provide career advisement and placement or training referrals.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
