Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking an Eligibility and Outreach Specialist in Eastern Iowa. You will support the Accelerate Iowa program by building relationships with participants, employers and community agencies to meet enrollment goals, coordinating referrals, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process with excellent service.

The role requires outreach to high schools, community colleges and social service partners, with some weekend/evening work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years in workforce environment or coordination experience preferred.
• AA or BA preferred.
• Significant experience in federally funded program eligibility screening or enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with community organizations to encourage enrollment in workforce programs.
• Conduct outreach presentations to diverse audiences including high school students and community colleges.
• Identify and implement strategic outreach to meet employer needs.
• Attend community events and recruit with partners, including occasional weekends/evenings.
• Assist individuals with completing program enrollment processes and eligibility assessment.
