Job summary

Partnership 4 Kids in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a High School Program Coordinator to plan and manage year-round programs supporting student growth. You will coordinate activities, communicate with schools and families, and recruit participants with a focus on safety and engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel using a reliable vehicle for meetings and events. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience in human services or education.
• Minimum of one year’s experience working with at-risk youth in after-school or school-based programs.
• Volunteer management, teaching or classroom experience preferred.
• Demonstrates effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Daily access to a reliable vehicle for travel to meetings; driving 10-15 passenger van may be required.

Responsibilities

• Program Facilitation: plan, coordinate and facilitate year-round programming.
• Student lesson planning: contribute curriculum planning and distribute materials.
• Program outreach and recruitment: build relationships with schools, volunteers and partners.
• Youth/family case management and engagement: support academic goals and resource access.
• Volunteer support: guide volunteers, coordinate mentoring activities and recognition.
• Program data management: maintain documentation in agency databases and ensure safety.
• Team and agency goals: contribute to program development and attend required trainings.
