Comprehensive Life Resources is seeking a qualified Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) to join our Outreach team in Tacoma, WA. The role centers on comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, counseling, and case management to support individuals in recovery.

The position requires driving to client locations and substantial fieldwork, with an emphasis on ethical practice, teamwork, and collaboration with community agencies.

Qualifications

• Provides substance use disorder assessments, treatment planning and counseling.
• Maintains up-to-date records in compliance with WAC and agency requirements.
• Demonstrates ethical, professional standards and teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide chemical dependency assessments and services for clients seeking substance use treatment.
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner and maintain up-to-date records.
• Attend treatment team meetings and staff trainings.
• Participate in supervision groups to complete required hours.
• Ensure ethical and professional standards of practice.
• Provide clinical case coordination within a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver case management services as outlined in treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.
• Coordinate services with program staff, consultants and agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
