Job summary

Therapeutic Health Services in Everett, WA is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional for an in-person, Monday–Friday position. You will be the primary contact, performing screenings, assessments, and developing treatment plans while delivering individual, group, and family counseling.

Under supervision, you will maintain thorough clinical documentation, coordinate referrals, and participate in staff training.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Services/Sciences or related field.
• Maintain Substance Use Disorder Professional certification per WA state and possess the SUDP credential.
• Strong knowledge of chemical dependency, family dynamics, and counseling.

Responsibilities

• Screenings, evaluations, assessments, and developing treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Lead or co-lead therapy groups; conduct intake interviews.
• Ensure prompt clinical documentation including treatment plans and discharge summaries.
• Provide advocacy, case management, information and referral services.
