Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. in Houston seeks a seasoned Trainer for the Tailored Customer Solutions team to train consultants working remotely and to leverage AI-enabled tools for efficiency and training support. The role reports to the Manager of Employee Engagement and requires a retail or customer-focused training background.

The position is based at our Houston corporate office, offering an engaging, fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence training programs across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training in a call center environment.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in education, corporate training or related field.
• Tailored Brands store experience is a plus.
• Dynamic speaker with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience training remote employees in a virtual environment.
• Experience utilizing Learning Management System (Docebo).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Create and facilitate new hire and ongoing training for remote employees using current presentations and tools.
• Develop and maintain quality relationships with consultants, trainers and contact center staff.
• Conduct side-by-side coaching and call reviews to reinforce service standards and policy compliance.
• Monitor training effectiveness via learner progress, quizzes, nesting performance and post-training readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support onboarding, refresher training and upskilling initiatives.
• Manage and maintain training files and resources and keep information updated.
• Update training materials and job aids to reflect process changes and system updates.
• Maintain training records and attendance in the LMS and other systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
