The Associate Outreach Operations Manager will partner with leadership to drive efficiency, track outreach leads and sales, and support project management within Business Operations from Houston. You will collaborate with store teams and corporate partners in a fast-paced environment and report to the Senior Manager of Business Outreach,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically to develop business plans.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of POS systems, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Tableau, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact for Accounts Payable and Billing Follow-Up.
• Point of contact for all outreach projects, communication, tracking tasks, status reports, and meetings.
• Develop calendar of events for outreach activities locally and nationally.
• Develop and support KPI reporting and provide analytical support to the Operations Team.
• Compose and edit correspondence, reports and materials with accuracy and completeness.
