Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years’ experience with homeless, substance abuse, and mentally ill populations.
• Clean and valid driver's license required.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with homeless individuals and make assessments.
• Assist clients with forms for entitlements.
• Counsel clients towards housing or shelter placements.
• Complete required paperwork and statistics.
• Respond to community calls regarding homeless individuals.
• Drive clients to necessary services using the Outreach van.
