Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Outpatient Wound Care at the Springfield Wound Clinic. The role involves assessing patient status, implementing wound care interventions, and developing care plans to improve outcomes in a collaborative environment.

The position requires a BSN (MSN preferred) with active Ohio RN licensure and BLS. Experience in wound care and hyperbaric therapy is valued, with UHMS training within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must possess active RN license in Ohio
• BLS certification preferred (required prior to direct patient care)
• UHMS-approved wound care training within 6 months of hire (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status using strong organizational and leadership skills
• Implement clinical nursing interventions in wound care
• Develop and perform patient care plans to improve outcomes
• Provide wound service coverage in the outpatient center
• Administer medications safely according to policy
