Wellstar Health System is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist with trauma-focused expertise for the Windy Hill location. You will deliver evidence-based therapies to individuals with trauma-related disorders, supporting recovery and resilience within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, group therapy, and ongoing professional development in a hospital/health system setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Therapist in Georgia.
• Experience with trauma-focused therapy modalities.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Patient-centered approach and ability to collaborate within a team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for trauma patients.
• Provide trauma-informed therapy using evidence-based modalities (EMDR, CBT, DBT).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and standards.
• Facilitate group therapy and participate in community education on trauma and mental health.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
