Job summary

Onsite Wellness Group in Tennessee is seeking a Primary Therapist to lead group and individual therapy, perform initial assessments, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver transformative care. You will manage crises using de-escalation, engage families and stakeholders, and explore modalities like EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting while staying aligned with our ANCHOR values.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required. Must hold current Tennessee License or other state license working towards TN credentials within one year of hire
• Five years of experience in trauma treatment preferred
• Strong clinical skills in various modalities of treating survivors of trauma; EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, experiential therapy, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual therapy sessions for all clients on their care.
• Manage crisis situations through de-escalation techniques and effective emergency management procedures.
• Be a student of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting and experiential therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians, medical advisors and residential teams to address client needs.
