The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Doctoral degree and active licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent) with strong assessment skills and a commitment to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Georgia.
• Demonstrated experience and training in trauma-focused therapy modalities.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for trauma-related concerns.
• Provide trauma-informed therapy using EMDR, CBT, DBT, or other modalities.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with policies and standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and participate in community outreach and education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
