Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in behavioral health.
• Licensure/certification (LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW) within 2 years, licensed in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising staff, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring adherence to care models.
• Managing staffing, scheduling, and staff performance through supervision and training.
• Maintaining program compliance, preparing reports, and implementing process improvements.
• Providing direct client care and acting as a clinical leader during crises.
• Ensuring documentation accuracy, meeting quality and productivity targets, and liaising with referral sources.
