Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a qualified Partial Hospital Therapist to join the inpatient unit. Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual, group, and family therapies within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include LPC/LSW/LCSW licensure, an MSW or related master’s degree, and at least two years of partial hospital experience. This role supports recovery-focused care within LBHH’s comprehensive services.

Qualifications

• Licensure: LPC, LSW or LCSW required.
• Two years of partial hospital experience preferred.
• MSW or master’s degree in a recognized mental health field required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify treatment focus.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with concise, realistic goals.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies and other didactic groups.
• Document treatment in the medical record in a timely manner.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate case management.
• Coordinate individualized aftercare plans with patient, family and community resources.
