Job summary

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for an evening, part-time position. The role is hybrid once fully trained, with some days at the facility and some remote work.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual/group/family therapies, and document care. You will participate in treatment team meetings and arrange aftercare to support patient progress, under UHS oversight.

Qualifications

• Licensure: LPC, LSW or LCSW required.
• MSW or master's degree in a recognized mental health field required.
• Two years of partial hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify preliminary issues for treatment focus.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with concise, realistic goals.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies and conduct didactic groups.
• Document treatment provided in medical records in a timely manner.
• Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate case management with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop and coordinate individualized aftercare plans addressing discharge needs.
