Job summary

Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital (LBHH) in Lancaster, PA, part of Universal Health Services, seeks a full-time Outpatient Therapist to support adult and adolescent units with partial hospital services.

The role emphasizes psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapies, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care and effective aftercare planning.

Qualifications

• LPC, LSW or LCSW licensure required.
• MSW or master's degree in a recognized mental health field required.
• Two years of partial hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify treatment focus.
• Participate in development and implementation of treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group and family therapies and conduct didactic groups.
• Document treatment in medical records in a timely, legible manner.
• Attend treatment team meetings and coordinate each case with the interdisciplinary team.
• Develops and coordinates individualized aftercare plans for the patient, coordinating resources for discharge needs.
