Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Program Therapist to join our team in Oregon. The role involves planning and coordinating discharge planning, crafting care plans for post-hospitalization needs, and managing a caseload of PHP/IOP patients.

You will run group therapy for 20 hours weekly and meet clients individually for treatment planning, aftercare, and crisis intervention. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and clinical licensure is preferred.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in behavioral health preferred; experience in group therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning recommended.
• Clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) preferred; CPR certification and De‑Escalation training within 30 days may be required.

• Plan and coordinate discharge planning activities.
