Qualifications

• Licensed Masters Level Therapist or Social Worker or Under Supervision for License.
• LCSW preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Drug test required and national background check.
• Physical agility to manage patients and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Exposure to psychiatric patients with potential aggression.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group therapy to meet caseload requirements for Acute/Residential patients.
• Develop and utilize an evidence-based group therapy curriculum.
• Complete documentation within established timeframes and formats.
• Design, structure, and implement group therapy services to meet patient needs.
