Oceans Healthcare's Cottonwood Creek Behavioral Hospital is seeking an Intensive Outpatient Program therapist to provide direct clinical services, including assessments and treatment planning, within a multidisciplinary team. The role involves group therapy facilitation and discharge planning.

The position emphasizes ethical patient care, culturally sensitive practices, and collaboration with physicians and other disciplines to meet treatment goals.

Competenze

• Provides direct clinical services in accordance with accepted standards of social/work clinical practice.
• Plans and conducts group therapy as assigned by the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program or physician's order.
• Performs comprehensive assessments and discharge planning as part of treatment.

• Conducts, assesses and interprets completion of Comprehensive Integrated Assessment.

• Performs case management and discharge planning as assigned by the Director of Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Attends multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and integrates reports into a comprehensive summary.
