Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field is required.
• Oregon licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
• Experience in mental health assessment and therapy with DSM-5 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Complete mental health assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention and short-term counseling.
• Conduct patient triage and high-risk case reviews.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary treatment teams.
• Provide case management and community referrals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment planning and team meetings.
• Assist with program development and quality initiatives.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
