Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital (a UHS facility) seeks an Outpatient Group Therapist to provide counseling in outpatient programs and lead group sessions using CBT and solution-focused approaches. You will complete intake assessments, develop therapeutic relationships, and coordinate discharge planning for continuity of care with Inpatient Acute units as needed.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Master’s level therapist or social worker, with strong communication and leadership skills, and the

Qualifications

• Licensed Masters level therapist or social worker with a valid license or under supervision for licensure.
• Preference for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Comfort with CMS/JCAHO documentation requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling services to patients in outpatient programming.
• Lead group counseling using CBT and solution-focused modalities.
• Complete intake assessments and develop therapeutic relationships.
• Respond to crises and coordinate discharge planning as needed.
• Support continuity of care with inpatient units and CMS/JCAHO compliance.
