Job summary

NFS is seeking Outpatient Therapists for our Massachusetts locations. Work collaboratively with clients using multiple modalities (individual, couple, family, group) to help them realize their potential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
• Independent Clinical License expected within 2 years.
• Current Massachusetts license a plus.
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable managing schedule and caseload; afternoon/evening availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

Who You Are:

• Have your Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have your Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing yourschedule and caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Must be able to provide services in-office. Massachusetts office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to high speed secure internet required
