Job summary

NFS is seeking outpatient therapists to join our fast-growing behavioral health team across Massachusetts. Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy at multiple on-site locations with flexible scheduling options and competitive rates.

We offer W-2 employment or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions, supervision, CEUs, licensure assistance, and a robust support system to help you deliver high-quality care. Must have a Master's degree and state licensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and licensed in MA preferred
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years of start date
• Current MA license a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary

Who You Are:

• Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
