Job summary

NFS is seeking Outpatient Therapists to join our five Massachusetts locations. Earn 45–70 USD per hour as an hourly fee-for-service clinician, with W-2 employment and on-site support. Choose your days, including weekends, with a schedule that fits your life.

We offer supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance to invested clinicians. Roles available across North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, and West Springfield.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years or soon after.
• Current MA license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.

Who You Are:

• Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required

Premiums paid for:

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

Compensation:

Hourly Fee for Service:

• 45/hour for MA Level
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65-$70/hour for independent license

Incentive for on-site:

• 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
• 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
