Job summary

NFS Outpatient Therapists are invited to join a premier behavioral health provider with 5 Massachusetts locations. You will deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy, conduct assessments, and tailor treatment plans for diverse clients.

We offer flexible scheduling, W-2 employment or salaried roles, and robust support including supervision, free CEUs, and licensure assistance. Join a team that values time, expertise, and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Current MA license is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Evening availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate level of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support.

Who You Are:

• Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
• Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
• Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions
