Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring outpatient therapists to provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy at our Fall River, MA sites. Full-time roles offer guaranteed salary, on-site work, and a path to licensure support, supervision, and licensure assistance.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, coordinate with families and medical partners, document in our EHR, and participate in team consultations while maintaining caseloads and flexible scheduling including

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years.
• Massachusetts license is a plus.
• Strong time-management and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with managing schedule and caseload; afternoon/evening availability.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings; provide crisis intervention when needed.
