CarePlus New Jersey, Inc. seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist for our Outpatient Department. You will provide assessments, treatment planning, and individual counseling using evidence-based modalities to support mental health recovery.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, accessible care for diverse clients. The role offers on-site, full-time work with a caseload of 45–55 clients, and opportunities for supervision and ongoing professional development.
Location: Morris or Bergen
On-site FT 40:
Salary: $60k for Provisional licensure (LAC, LSW, LAMFT)-$65k for Full licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

As a Therapist in our Outpatient Department, you will work with our team of knowledge clinicians providing comprehensive mental health services to our clients, including assessments, treatment plans, and individual counseling. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use various evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, MI, etc.) to aid in the mental health recovery journey of your clients, collaborate cross-departmentally with other healthcare providers, and be part of a team committed to provided wholistic and accessible care.
