Job summary

St. Luke's Health - Memorial Lufkin is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include 1+ year of RN experience, ADN, TX RN license, and BLS-CPR. Preference given to BSN candidates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Registered Nurse license for TX.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and provide comprehensive nursing care.
• Plan and document the care plan and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments and report changes to physicians.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust care.
• Give bedside report to oncoming shift with family participation.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow safety protocols.
