Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required at hire.
• At least 1 year RN experience.
• TX RN license required at hire.
• BLS/CPR within 14 days.
• ACLS within 6 months.
• PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
• Implement care plans and administer treatments and medications.
• Report significant changes to physician and team.
• Provide bedside shift reports with family involvement.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality care.
