St. Luke's Health-Memorial Lufkin, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and drive patient recovery in a busy setting.

You will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective outcomes. BLS CPR required; TX RN licensure expected; 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Formación

• At least one year of RN experience.
• Associate of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse: TX licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification within 14 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition and provide nursing care.
• Design, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Notify physician of changes and coordinate with team.
• Deliver patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to protocols.
• Document reports and hand off care to the next shift.
