We’re a recognized stroke center with board-certified specialists and a broad range of inpatient and outpatient care options. The RN role involves delivering compassionate, high-quality care, assessing patients, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Formación

• At least one (1) year of RN experience.
• Associate Of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse: TX.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient’s condition and provide nursing care.
• Plan, direct, evaluate and document plan of care and discharge needs.
• Prepare patients for treatments and notify physicians of changes.
• Reassess patients and adjust care as needed.
• Provide bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safety and promote quality and safety goals.
