Infinx Inc. is seeking an Outpatient Surgery Coder to accurately abstract outpatient procedures across multiple specialties using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS.

The role requires thorough doc review, adherence to Official Coding Guidelines, and a commitment to high productivity and quality. You will work with client accounts, provide coding feedback, maintain reference materials, and stay current with coding changes.

Formación

• 2+ years of outpatient surgery coding experience.
• AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC, COC, CCS, CASCC) preferred.
• Experience with Epic.
• Proficient in ICD-10 CM and ICD-10 coding conventions.

Responsabilidades

• Review medical records to abstract outpatient surgery codes.
• Assign ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS codes and modifiers with high accuracy.
• Provide documentation feedback to clients/account managers.
• Maintain coding reference information.
• Communicate coding guidelines and changes to providers.
