Steadfast Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinic Manager for our new outpatient SUD treatment center in Greensboro, NC. You will lead day-to-day operations, build a strong local team, and implement our established clinical and operational playbooks.

The role emphasizes low-barrier, harm-reduction care, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical leadership to deliver high-quality patient care and sustainable clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing outpatient clinic operations within a substance use disorder or behavioral health treatment setting.
• Direct experience operating within a harm-reduction, non-punitive care model.
• Track record of setting, monitoring, and achieving operational goals with a diverse team.
• Proficiency using data dashboards, behavioral-health EHR reporting tools, and Excel to track KPIs like retention and access times.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards in SUD/behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring high-quality care delivery, strong team morale, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own the clinic's P&L, managing budgets, revenue, and expenses to drive financial sustainability and growth.
• Own key metrics such as retention, no-show rates, access times, and productivity to ensure the clinic meets its goals.
